As the Guild's Operations Director, Kerma gives special emphasis to the business and customer service areas.  She has served with several start-up firms, in the field of education and is also a jazz and classical pianist.

 

Janice Mitchell, Office Manager

Janice works as Office Manager, matching students with mentors and keeping the office functions running smoothly. She served at Focus on         the Family for 11 years as an Event Coordinator.

Diana handles accounts receivables and keeps the Guild website up to date. She previously served for several years in church offices.

Paul focuses on recruiting members and students, and promoting the Writing for the Soul Conference.  His background is in Christian education as a teacher and administrator.  He also enjoys teaching composition and literature at a local college.

Andy is Managing Editor for the guild. An editor since 1976, he served for 18 years with Moody magazine in Chicago - from 1990 to 2002 as

 
  Managing Editor. A journalism graduate of Colorado State University, he also studied at Denver Seminary. For the past several years he has served as a judge for major magazine, novel, and nonfiction book contests.  Andy is a frequent teacher at Christian writers conferences.  

 

 

John Perrodin, Senior Editor

John serves as Senior Editor for the Christian Writers Guild and assists Jerry B. Jenkins on various writing and research projects. He also mentors the Craftsman Course, a year-long, hands-on program for advanced novelists. His most recent book is Simple Little Words: What You Say Can Change a Life. Before joining our staff, he worked for 12 years at Focus on the Family.

 

Les Stobbe, Editor-In-Chief

Our Editor-in-Chief, Les has provided editorial leadership for six publishers. The primary writer for the Apprentice and Journeyman nonfiction curriculum, Les is also a Guild mentor, editor, consultant, and literary agent.
