projects. He also mentors the Craftsman
Course, a year-long, hands-on
program for advanced novelists. His
most recent book is Simple
Little Words: What You Say Can Change
a Life. Before joining our staff,
he worked for 12 years at Focus on
the Family.

Our Editor-in-Chief, Les has provided
editorial leadership for six publishers.
The
primary writer for the Apprentice
and Journeyman
nonfiction curriculum, Les is also
a Guild mentor, editor, consultant,
and literary agent.
